Norwich Market Nights – Lucy’s Chips
Date and Time:
18/12/2021 5:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Total Seats: 8 (0 Left:)
Norwich Market Nights is organised by Sir Toby’s Beers, the craft beer bottle shop and market bar on Norwich Market. After being asked for years why traders don’t trade for longer into the evening, we’ve decided to take things into our own hands!
Norwich Market Nights is a very simple concept, where some pop-up tables and benches are put into the aisles of the market and guests can book a table for dinner. Sir Toby’s teams up with one of the epic and often undiscovered independent food stalls each night who produce a special menu for the occasion.
We are on the market (under-cover but outside), so wrap up warm! It’s table service for food and drinks, with mulled wine available from the beer stall to keep the temperature up. The event is under-cover, however a coat is advised whatever the weather! Reserving a table is free, however please be aware that the number of reservations is limited for the event. If you cannot attend the event for whatever reason, please get in touch to amend or cancel you’re booking.
We are offering free reservations:
17:30 – 19:30
19:00 – 21:30
Who’s cooking tea? Lucy’s Chips!
Traditional fish and chips with a range of special battered items seasonally including battered mince pies at Christmas and battered crème eggs at Easter. And newly opened is a dedicated separate kitchen for vegan fish and chips as well as a shiny new seating area. Expect some battered sharing platters.
These folks are a stalwart of Norwich Market all year round and it’s great to be teaming up with them. Plus there’s an added bonus of traditional traveller music courtesy of Barclay (one of the boss’s).
