Sir Toby’s Sour Selection

Sour beers come in all different shapes and sizes. Saisons, goses and geuzes originate form Belgium/Germany and offer a funky, tart sour profile. Fruit sours are all the rage in the UK and offer a nice tart beer packed with pulped fruit. Either way, they are refreshing and delicious. At Sir Toby’s, we keep a range of all of the above and this is a selection of our favourite 8 sour beers in the shop currently.
